What we collect
When you place a catering order or request a Fridge Program quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, company (if provided), delivery address, event date and any dietary notes you share.
We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type through standard server logs.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill your order, coordinate delivery and setup, follow up about your event, and respond to Fridge Program inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (payment processors, delivery drivers, IT hosts) and only to the extent needed to deliver your order. We may disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
Order and lead records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes and then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@wholesome360.com.
